Fulcrum Creatives and client, Benefactor Group, a nonprofit consultancy group in Columbus, had a relationship for about a decade when they decided to join us in the implementation of the agency’s first inbound marketing and automation service offering. We onboarded them with SharpSpring automation services to maintain their CRM, marketing campaigns, and sales pipeline.
How I Helped:
I helped launch Benefactor’s account with SharpSpring and used the software to manage their:
CRM and segmented mailing lists
Lead generation and nurturing campaigns
Dynamic emails and monthly eNews
Blog and landing page updates
Set up the lead scoring and qualifying system with their sales team
Impact:
Benefactor now has a streamlined automated marketing process that identifies potential leads from the moment they interact with Benefactor’s web materials and nurtures relationships with them to convert leads into clients. Within our time working with Benefactor, they have attracted more traffic to their special resource landing pages, grown their subscribers mailing list quarter over quarter, and increased lead conversions for the agency each year.
